What we process

Account and workspace details, creative instructions, uploaded references, generated outputs, operational logs and credit transactions.

Why we process it

To authenticate you, run the creative workflows you request, store your outputs, prevent abuse and maintain accurate usage records.

Legal bases

We process data to perform our contract with you, comply with legal and financial obligations, protect the service and pursue legitimate interests such as reliability, fraud prevention and product improvement. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it at any time.

Storage and providers

Workspace data is stored in Supabase and private media in Cloudflare R2. Dodo Payments processes purchases and Resend may deliver transactional email. Creative requests are sent to configured model providers only when you initiate a workflow. These providers may process data in other countries under their own security and transfer safeguards.

Cookies and analytics

Necessary browser storage supports authentication, security and your saved privacy choice. With your consent, DataFast and Microsoft Clarity collect usage and interaction analytics that help us understand how the website is used and improve it. These analytics scripts are not loaded until you accept analytics. If you start a Dodo Payments checkout after consenting, the DataFast visitor and session identifiers are added to checkout metadata so revenue can be attributed to the originating marketing channel. You can reject analytics or reopen Cookie settings below or in the site footer to change your choice.

Separately, the server recognizes known search and AI crawler requests to public pages and reports the requested URL, crawler user agent, and network address to DataFast for bot-traffic analytics. It does not send account cookies, authorization headers, request bodies, or private workspace routes through this crawler tracker.

Retention and security

We retain account and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Private media uses access controls and time-limited delivery links.

Your control

You can delete projects, identities and media from the product. For an account-level access, correction, deletion, portability or objection request, contact engineering@resolutexhq.com.

Payments

Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record for paid orders and processes payment and billing information under its own privacy terms. We receive subscription, transaction and entitlement status needed to provide the product.

Children and changes

The hosted service is not directed to children under 13. We may update this notice as the product or applicable law changes and will publish the revised date here. OpenCreative is operated by ResoluteX HQ.
